best part
The best part of exercising is the hour after. I have found that I really feel good after I work out. I have been trying to keep up on my food journal, my wife keeps me going. I wanted Chili for dinner until I read the label, I can't believe we eat this stuff.

I had a rough start to the program, but I am ready to jump in and get started. I look forward to getting out and exercising and eating a better diet. I have worked in restaurants most of my life and have been trained in all the ways to make people want to eat more. Eating less is going to be a challenge, and especially eating healthy.
